Personal training isn't only about reaching fitness goals, but to help boost mental well being and reintroduce relaxation into your life. Studies have proven that becoming physically active can help boost endorphins released by the body, boosting your mood.
As part of all of my personal training sessions, I always incorporate and element of self love and relaxation. With some many personal goals set, we are often guilty of self criticism, and so introducing this element into all of my sessions, I have found that confidence as well as mental and physical changes happen at a faster rate due to improvment in personal belief.
