Nutrition

Nutrition is often a vital element in reaching any health and fitness goal. When looking at an individual goal, nutritional goals are always set based on that individual. No goal should be unrealistic or unachievable. 

How are we going to work together to help you reach your nutrition goals?

I begin by understanding your personal dietary lifestyle through a 7-14 day food diary. This will let me see what your current eating habits are, how you feel about them and how we can make small changes to start you on your way to positive changes. Weekly check ins will allow us to work together in making sure your nutrition plan is perfectly designed to suit you. 

Throughout my time with you, I will continue to ask you to write out a food diary - not only does this help you to track what you are consuming every day and ensure you are sticking to your nutritional plan, but it also allows me to see when there may be days/times or even weeks that effect us more. 

Will my nutrition plan only effect my fitness goal?

No. Nutrition plays a daily role in how we feel personally, mentally and physically. A well balanced, varied and interesting diet can boost mood and help improve well being. Combing all of these together we can look at making an overall improvement to your life.
