The Importance of Water

Whenever we look at diet and nutrition, we always relate everything to food - should you be eating this? are carbs bad? how much protein should I be consuming etc. BUT WHAT BOUT LIQUID? Most people will know that sometimes the feel of hunger may be due to actually being thirsty, so we always aim to eat drink before and during a meal. However what about if that is all you are eating throughout the day?
